Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (orelabrutinib, selinexor, and either methotrexate or alternatives) for people with central nervous system lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior therapy. The goal is to see if this mix can shrink tumors and delay progression. About 25 adults aged 14-80 will receive the treatment in 3-week cycles, with possible maintenance therapy. This is an early-stage, single-arm trial, so results will be compared to historical data.
