This study tests a combination of four drugs (gemcitabine, cisplatin, quemliclustat, and zimberelimab) as a first treatment for people with advanced biliary tract cancers, including bile duct cancer. The goal is to see if this mix can slow cancer growth and help people live longer. About 33 to 39 participants will receive the treatment until their cancer worsens or side effects become too severe.
