First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new combination of immunotherapy drugs (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab) plus chemotherapy works better than a standard immunotherapy plus chemotherapy for people with advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, a type of bile duct cancer. About 104 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The main goal is to see if the new combination keeps the cancer from growing for at least 6 months.
