First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests whether a new combination of immunotherapy drugs (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab) plus chemotherapy works better than the standard immunotherapy-plus-chemo for advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, a type of bile duct cancer. About 104 adults with advanced disease that cannot be removed by surgery will take part. The goal is to see if the new combo helps keep the cancer from growing longer.
