Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (cyclosporine, eltrombopag/hetrombopag, and romiplostim) in 43 adults newly diagnosed with severe aplastic anemia or a related condition that requires blood transfusions. The goal is to see if the combo can help the bone marrow produce enough blood cells so patients no longer need transfusions. Participants must not have a suitable donor for a stem cell transplant or be unable to receive standard treatments.
