Summary

This study is testing a new combination of two drugs, HDM201 and pazopanib, for people with advanced soft tissue sarcoma that has spread and stopped responding to standard chemotherapy. The first part aims to find the safest dose of the combination. The second part will gather early information on whether this drug combo can help control the cancer and prevent it from getting worse for at least six months.
