Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (venetoclax, azacytidine, and chidamide) for people newly diagnosed with a specific type of leukemia called acute monocytic leukemia who are not healthy enough for standard intensive chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this drug combo can help achieve remission and improve survival. About 92 participants will take part in this phase 2 trial.
