Summary
This study is testing a new type of antibacterial, absorbable dressing to see if it can help heal chronic wounds that have not improved for at least a week. Researchers will measure how much the wound size shrinks over three weeks and check for any side effects. The goal is to provide better evidence for using this new material to manage these difficult wounds.
