Summary
This study is testing whether adding newer drugs (glofitamab, polatuzumab, and obinutuzumab) to standard lymphoma treatment works better for older adults with aggressive B-cell lymphoma. Researchers want to see if this combination can effectively control the cancer while causing fewer or milder side effects. The study is specifically designed for adults aged 65 and older who have not received prior lymphoma treatment.
