Scientists test new drug duo in fight against Tough-to-Treat blood cancer

NCT ID NCT04572763

Summary

This study is testing whether combining two existing cancer drugs, copanlisib and venetoclax, can help control an aggressive type of lymphoma called DLBCL that has returned or stopped responding to other treatments. The first part of the study aims to find a safe dose, and the second part checks how well the combination works. About 48 adults who have already tried other major treatments, like stem cell transplants, will participate.
