New weekly vs. Bi-Weekly shots tested for stubborn diabetes

NCT ID NCT07055386

Summary

This study is testing two new injection medicines for adults with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar is still too high despite taking a common class of injectable drugs (GLP-1RAs). Researchers want to see if a weekly shot (GZR102) works as well or better than a shot every two weeks (GZR18) at lowering blood sugar and body weight. The main goal is to find a more convenient and effective option for people struggling to manage their diabetes.
