Summary
This study tested a new medicine called JW0201 for people with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar was still too high despite taking two other specific drugs. About 200 participants were randomly assigned to receive either JW0201 or a placebo (a dummy pill) in addition to their current treatment for 24 weeks. The main goal was to see if adding JW0201 safely helped lower long-term blood sugar levels more effectively.
