Weekly shot challenge: new drug takes on standard insulin

Summary

This study is testing a new injectable diabetes drug, GZR4, against a once-weekly insulin. It aims to see which one better controls blood sugar levels, is safer, and affects weight in people with type 2 diabetes who are already using insulin. About 300 adults will participate to help determine if GZR4 could be a useful new treatment option.
