Summary
This study is testing a new device designed to relieve the pain and numbness of carpal tunnel syndrome. The device is worn on the wrist at night and applies gentle, rhythmic pressure. Researchers are comparing this new device to a standard wrist brace to see which one better improves patients' symptoms and hand function over an eight-week period.
