New hope pill for depression enters Mid-Stage testing

Summary
This study aims to find out if a new oral medication called TJ0113 is safe and effective for treating depression. About 150 adults with moderate to severe depression will take either TJ0113 at one of two doses or a placebo pill daily for 8 weeks. Researchers will compare changes in depression symptoms and side effects between the groups to see if the new treatment works.
