Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called GM-2505 for people with major depressive disorder. Researchers want to see if it's safe and if it shows early signs of helping with depression symptoms. The trial has three parts: testing the drug alone in some patients, testing it alongside standard antidepressants in others, and confirming initial results with different doses.
