Summary

This study is testing a new drug called SAR441566 to see if it can help control Crohn's disease in adults. Researchers will compare different doses of the drug against a placebo to find the most effective and safe amount. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces inflammation in the gut, as measured by a special camera test called an endoscopy.
