Summary
This study is testing a new pre-surgery treatment for patients with a type of esophageal cancer that can be removed by surgery. It combines a short course of radiation with an immunotherapy drug (serplulimab) and two chemotherapy drugs. The goal is to shrink the tumor as much as possible before the operation to improve the chances of a successful surgery and better long-term results.
