Four-Drug attack on advanced colon cancer launches trial

NCT ID NCT07395063

Summary

This study is testing a new combination of four existing drugs for people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has continued to grow after their first treatment. The goal is to see if this four-drug mix can better control the cancer's growth, extend the time patients live without their disease getting worse, and is safe to use. It will involve about 68 adults whose cancer has spread and who have already tried one line of treatment.
