Four-Drug attack on advanced colon cancer begins human testing

Summary
This study is testing a new combination of four drugs as the first treatment for advanced colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It will enroll 70 patients who have not had prior cancer drug treatment. The main goal is to see how well the tumors shrink and how long patients live without their cancer getting worse.
