Three-Pronged attack on Cancer's painful fluid buildup

NCT ID NCT07196540

Summary

This study is for people with advanced digestive cancers who have a painful buildup of fluid in the abdomen (malignant ascites) that hasn't responded to standard treatments. It tests a combination of three things: a low dose of radiation, a drug injected directly into the abdomen to target cancer cells, and an immunotherapy drug. The main goal is to see if this combination can safely reduce the fluid buildup and improve symptoms.
