New attack on tough bile duct cancers: shrinking tumors before surgery

Summary
This study is testing a combination of immunotherapy and chemotherapy drugs given before and after surgery for people with advanced bile duct cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors before surgery and prevent the cancer from coming back afterward. It will involve about 30 patients who have not had prior treatment for their cancer.
