This study tests whether giving immunotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery or radiation, followed by more immunotherapy, can help people with stage III lung cancer live longer without the cancer coming back. About 176 adults with resectable or borderline resectable non-small cell lung cancer will take part. The goal is to see if this approach works better than current treatments.
