Summary
This study is testing a two-part treatment for Richter's syndrome, an aggressive cancer that develops from a slower-growing blood cancer. It combines a daily pill (zanubrutinib) with a one-time infusion of the patient's own modified immune cells (liso-cel) to attack the cancer. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and effective for people whose cancer has come back or hasn't responded to other treatments.
