First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests a mix of several drugs (including sodium cromoglicate, choline, efavirenz, and others) combined with an immune checkpoint inhibitor in people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer whose tumors stopped responding to immunotherapy. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 80 participants will be enrolled at one site in China.
