Summary
This study is testing a new combination of four medications for people whose multiple myeloma has come back after prior treatment. The first goal is to find a safe dose, and the second is to see how well the combination works at controlling the cancer. It combines an experimental immune-boosting pill with three other drugs that target cancer cells in different ways.
