Summary
This study is testing if a combination of two drugs, atezolizumab and selinexor, can shrink tumors in patients with advanced alveolar soft part sarcoma, a rare and difficult-to-treat cancer. The trial is for patients whose cancer has continued to grow despite prior immunotherapy. Researchers aim to see if this new drug pairing is more effective than standard care by helping the immune system fight the cancer and blocking cancer cell growth.
