Race against time: new combo therapy trial for devastating rare cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether adding two immunotherapy drugs (zimberelimab and domvanalimab) to a standard chemotherapy (FOLFIRI) works better than the chemotherapy alone for patients with a rare, fast-growing neuroendocrine cancer that has returned after first treatment. It will involve about 122 adults in France whose cancer started in the digestive system or pancreas, or from an unknown origin. The main goal is to see if the three-drug combination helps people live longer.
