First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 16, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new combination treatment for advanced neuroendocrine tumors that have spread in the digestive system. Researchers are combining an oral pill (peposertib) with a targeted radiation therapy (Lutetium-177 dotatate) to see if they work better together. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose and to check for early signs that the treatment can shrink tumors.
