Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new targeted drug to an existing immunotherapy works better for treating a specific type of advanced lung cancer called pleural mesothelioma. The new drug acts like a guided missile, attaching to cancer cells and delivering a chemotherapy payload directly to them. Researchers are comparing this combination against the immunotherapy alone in patients whose cancer has a specific marker and who have already tried standard chemotherapy.
