Summary
This study is testing a new three-part treatment for advanced colon cancer that has spread to the liver and isn't responding to standard drugs. It combines an immunotherapy drug, a targeted cancer drug, and a short course of radiation, and compares it to the usual third-choice therapy. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer's growth and extend life for patients who have run out of other options.
