New hope for Tough-to-Treat pregnancy cancer
NCT ID NCT05139095
Summary
This study is testing whether adding two newer drugs (camrelizumab and apatinib) to standard chemotherapy can better control a rare cancer that develops from pregnancy tissue, called gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN). It is for patients with very high-risk or hard-to-treat forms of the disease that have not responded well to previous chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if this combination can achieve complete remission and control the cancer for longer.
