Summary

This study tests a new treatment for a type of head and neck cancer that is hard to cure. It combines an experimental vaccine that targets a protein called IMP3 with an immunotherapy drug. The goal is to shrink tumors before surgery and prevent them from coming back after. The trial is for 9 adults whose cancer is IMP3-positive and can be removed with surgery.
