Summary

This study tests a new combination of drugs (an immune checkpoint inhibitor and interferon) to help the body clear the hepatitis B virus. The goal is to achieve a functional cure, meaning the virus is controlled without lifelong medication. About 120 adults with chronic hepatitis B will participate. The approach aims to boost the immune system to fight the virus more effectively.
