New hope for tough pancreatic cancer: testing a powerful drug cocktail
NCT ID NCT06662006
Summary
This study is testing a new combination of drugs for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread and has gotten worse after their first round of chemotherapy. The treatment mixes several types of drugs—chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and a drug that blocks tumor blood supply—and may also include a targeted radiation boost for some patients. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer, shrink tumors, and help patients live longer.
