Virus teams up with drug to fight tough stomach and pancreatic cancers
NCT ID NCT07280377
Summary
This study is testing a new two-part treatment for people with advanced or spreading cancers of the digestive system, like pancreatic or anal cancer. The treatment combines an engineered virus (pelareorep) with an immunotherapy drug (atezolizumab). Researchers want to see if this combination is safe, can help control the cancer, and identify signs in the body that predict who might benefit most.
