First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This phase 3 study tests whether a combination of three drugs (tucidinostat, sintilimab, and bevacizumab) can help people with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer (MSS/pMMR) live longer. Participants must have already tried at least two standard treatments without success. The study compares the triple therapy to a single drug (fruquintinib) and will measure overall survival and tumor response.
