Early trial tests promising new weapons against tough colon cancer

Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and best doses of two new immunotherapy drugs, given alone or combined with standard chemotherapy, for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if these combinations can help the body's immune system fight the cancer and control its growth. The study will enroll about 30 adults whose cancer has progressed after prior treatments.
