New hope for Tough-to-Treat colon cancer: trial tests Triple-Threat therapy
NCT ID NCT05672316
Summary
This trial is testing a new combination of three drugs for people with a common type of advanced colon cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if two immunotherapy drugs that help the immune system attack cancer, combined with a drug that blocks tumor blood supply, can control the disease. The study will first find the safest dose and then see how well the combination works in about 28 patients.
