Summary

This study is testing a new combination of four drugs for people with a common type of advanced colorectal cancer that has spread. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose and see if this four-drug approach can help control the cancer. It combines standard chemotherapy with two newer immunotherapy drugs and one drug that blocks tumor blood supply.
