Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people with advanced bile duct cancer whose standard first-line therapy has stopped working. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors and control the disease, while monitoring side effects. About 100 adults with unresectable or metastatic biliary tract cancer will take part.
