NCT ID NCT07235293
First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests if a new combination of drugs (DSP107 and atezolizumab) works better than an existing treatment (fruquintinib) for people with advanced colorectal cancer that is microsatellite stable (MSS). About 90 adults who have already tried other therapies will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. Researchers will track how long participants live and monitor side effects to see if the new combo improves outcomes.
