NCT ID NCT07392541
First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests a new mix of four drugs for people with advanced bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The treatment combines two standard chemotherapy drugs (gemcitabine and cisplatin) with an immunotherapy (adebrelimab) and a common cholesterol-lowering drug (simvastatin). About 29 participants will receive this combination to see how well it shrinks tumors and how safe it is. This is an early-stage trial to gather initial data on whether this approach is worth further study.
