Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of targeted cancer drugs, with or without immunotherapy, can control advanced colorectal cancer without using traditional chemotherapy. It's for patients with a specific genetic profile (RAS/BRAF wild-type) whose cancer has spread and cannot be surgically removed. The goal is to see if this approach is effective and safe while avoiding chemotherapy side effects.
