New hope for advanced colon cancer patients in trial

Summary
This study is testing whether adding an experimental drug called AK104 to standard chemotherapy and targeted therapies can help control advanced colorectal cancer that has progressed after initial treatment. The trial will enroll 40 adults with a specific type of colorectal cancer to see if this combination can shrink tumors and is safe to use. Researchers will monitor how patients respond and track any side effects of the treatment.
