Summary

This study is testing whether adding a new immunotherapy drug (volrustomig) to standard chemotherapy works better for people with advanced colorectal cancer that hasn't spread to the liver. The trial will compare the safety and effectiveness of the new combination against standard treatment alone in 120 participants who haven't had previous treatment for their advanced cancer. Researchers want to see if the new approach helps control the cancer longer and with fewer side effects.
