New hope for Tough-to-Treat colon cancer patients
NCT ID NCT06654037
Summary
This early-stage trial is testing whether combining two cancer drugs—abemaciclib and 5-fluorouracil—is safe and tolerable for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard treatments. Researchers will enroll 39 adults to find the best dose and check for side effects. The study also aims to see if this combination can help control tumor growth in patients who have few remaining treatment options.
