Summary
This study is testing a new, single-injection clot-dissolving drug for people with a serious type of lung clot who have stable blood pressure. The goal is to see if this drug can safely break up the dangerous clot in the lungs and prevent death or collapse better than a placebo. Researchers hope this new version causes fewer serious bleeding side effects than older clot-busting medicines.
