First human test for new cholesterol shot begins
NCT ID NCT07229118
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new injectable drug called COR-1004 to see if it's safe for people and to find the right dose. Researchers will give single injections to healthy volunteers with high 'bad' cholesterol (LDL) who aren't taking other cholesterol medications. The study will carefully monitor participants for side effects and check how the drug affects cholesterol levels over one year.
