Summary

This study is testing if adding an experimental drug called SION-719 to the standard medication Trikafta is safe and works better for people with cystic fibrosis who have a specific genetic type. It will involve about 16 people who are already taking Trikafta. Researchers will check for side effects and see if the combination further improves a key measure of the disease found in sweat.
